President Donald J. Trump keeping a tight lid on details before his tax reform opening pitch

The catch is that Trump has not plan to tie his tax reform push to specify percentages or hard numbers as administration officials and GOP congressional leaders keep up the momentum to come up with details of a proposal that would make its way through Congress' committee process.
